Hello! Just wanted to give you an update on Guy/Tucker. He is doing well and seems to really be enjoying his new home in Massachusetts! He responds well to his new name and comes when he is called. We just adore him and he is definately a keeper! He is so sweet and gentle, he just loves to follow my daughter and I around (although my son and husband will do also) and be near by. He has been quite polite to our two cats but they are not interested in befriending him as of yet. Tucker has a fenced in area of our yard, that is also accessable off the deck, to explore but truly seems to enjoy his numerous daily neighboord walks. We live in a quiet neighborhood near a pond where everyone has yards and big old trees and there is even still a dirt road that meanders through nearby. He has a very comfy theraputic doggie bed and many new soft toys but he seems to enjoy our fluffy slippers the best-doesn't chew them just likes to carry them around and snuggle with them! We still haven't heard him bark but he speaks to us in a grumbly voice, especially when he is excited. Our vet thought he was in great shape and did give him a round of antibiotics for a slight cough that developed about a week after he arrived-it has totally disappeared now. He has settled in to his new home nicely and is so glad to see the sun finally come out, as we have found he does not enjoy rain or the trash truck noise.
